Endorsements !

Lesotho Marotime Administration is issuing endorsements for all officers on board Ships Flying Lesotho Flag as required by regulation I/10 of the STCW Convention. All seafarers serving on Lesotho registered Vessels may be of any nationality considering that they are holders of a CoC issued by the STCW Parties as per IMO’s Circular MSC.1/Circ.1163/Rev.12.
